If you weight 185 and bench 225 you can get a lot stronger all on your own. Just start taking in a ton of protein and increasing the intesity of your workouts. I know someone your age that is 6'1" 185 and he is pushing out almost 300 on bench. He doesn't do roids. He just work hard and eats right.
