I've heard of people taking dbol either split throughout the day in even dosages or all at once 1.5 hours prior to workout. I've tried both and didn't notice much of a difference b/w the 2. Dbol increases protein sysnthesis which helps to build bigger muscles. Ideally, splitting the doses throughout the day would keep blood levels stable and the body would have a continuous dose of dbol to help build muscle. I'd probably take the whole dose prior to workout on workout days, and split the dose evenly on non-workout days. Try a little experimentation to see what works for you.
