Hey fellas i have been trying to figure this stuff out for the last couple of days....But anyway i am finally here and ready to make new friends.I have been lifiting on and off for 8 yrs....But took off for the last 5 or so.But i have been really hitting it hard for the last yr...and plan on hitting it harder everyday i walk into the gym.I have never done any gear..except m1t.

arms 18 1/2-19"
legs....nothing i want to share..but they are not small
bp 375x6x3...i will go up in weight when i can do 10 reps
sp 310x8x3...again will go up in weight when i can do 10 reps
squat..nothing i am proud of....but that is changing.
i am hear to learn and possibly do some gear....just looking for some honest help.will post pics when i get my bf down just a little more.
