Hi
Been training for like a year now and havent done any special dieting though,
i've been eating breakfast, a snack at 10, a warm meal at noon, some snacks at 4pm and then a cold evening meal...
But as i read AR a loti see that dieting is an important thing on gaining mass (thats what i am trying to do for the moment), and i also discovered that after a hard workout, i feel a bit dizzy and weak in my legs too, so i thought it might have something to do with a lack of some nutrients...
Any help is welcome, thx![]()
