My wife is Mexican, she loves pan dulce and tres leches. That stuff is RICH!!!!!

I prefer the authentic cheese enchiladas, fried chicken, papa, tomatoes, Corona, etc., etc.

Well, any way, ask your wife or go to some authentic Mexican eatery and ask the staff. Tell, them you want to watch the Lucha Libre

It's a diff. kind of fried chicken her Dad makes, no breading or anything, but it's cooked in this huge vat of bubbling oil. It's great.

Oh, deep fried. Hmmm... that must be pretty new. I keep it old school with tamales. Black beens are something different from the south of Mexico. Ever had tamales wraped in banana leaves? My dad makes 'em like that. Black been and fish. Two seperate, not mixed.
