i just finished my pct yesterday!!!!! im still feeling bloated!! or is it fat?
on-cycle diet:::
chciken breast 40 grams protein.... 3 g fat.... no carb
rice.. 30 gram carb... 7 gram protein... 2 g fat..
flax seed oil 2 spoon..... 2 gram of fat
dat's 47 protein / 30 carb/and 7 g fat.. x3 meal
dats around 150 protein/90 carb and 21 fat..
MRP are 40 protein / 20 carb/ 2 fat x 2
dat's around 80 protein/ 40 carb/ 4 fat...
morning WHEY PROTEIN 2 scoop 45 gram protein 2gram fat
and grape juice.8oz. 20 gram carb//
MILK 10 carb/ 2 fat / 8 protein
dat's 53 gram protein / 30 carb/ 4 gram of fat.

over all 336 protein carb 170-250 depending on the rice ( sometime i do 50 gram of rice)... and fat is 33 fat..
33 x 9 = 297 cal
336 x 4 = 1344 cal
190x4 = 760cal
total cal = 2400 MEAL....336 protein, caarb 190, fat 33gram
PLUS pre and post work out.... 35 gram glucose/ 2 scoop whey x2!! dat's 70 gram carb and 90 gram protein...
so.....424 gram protein / 260 gram carb / 37 fat total cal = 3069.... BUT most of the time i do 30 gram carb..for rice so cal is under 3000..
so... you think i gained a lot of fat???
