Alright I haven't been working out for about 3 weeks already..it might be 4.....the first week I had to take off because I was about 14 to 15 weeks into it and needed a 1 week off....2nd week I had work related sh*t that let's just say kept me away........3rd week I missed my mon-workout with my partner so I decided to throw in a work out at hom because I have a little setup which allows me too....so I fawked up my arm really bad and didn't notice until I was in the shower and felt like a little b**tch rubbing soap in my hair because it hurt so bad.......so I take another week off...(4th week right now).......I'm planning on doing cardio in the morning and working out light weight at home until my shoulder feels better....(note) I haven't even been walking/jogging/'running...yes I'm f*ked.........
So next week I am going balls out do or die...I need to start again or I know my ass will keep drinking like i hve been the last 3 weeks.........
alright thats it.........I'm drinking right now......
