I was wondering how do you make gains? I notice that running usually helps me to be very resilient and stimulates my body to grow and make muscle gains. Is this due to some cardiovascular phenomenon or is it due to the total activity, exhaustion, and recovery capacity of my body? Can I just lift out frequently without running and still get it due to the activity or is running the secret ingredient to building muscle? Also try HGH, it is good for me:
