I will never flat bench barbell press again in my life. Not only because of this experience, but because d-bells are better for growth and proportion and are MUCH safer.
I knew I should have stuck w/d-bells, but there I was trying to "switch it up".

What a long way he has come!
I congratulated him by email right at the beginning after all the bodyfat he had lost and how he had inspired me.
