To take advatage of the prop yes, but it can be used every 3-4 days as well. I have a friend that used it at 250mg a week for 8 weeks and gained 17lbs, but in hind sight he wishs he would of used 500mg for 10-12 weeks

Iv taken a lot of supper test and I love the gains and the way you feel but it all so has some bad sides if your prone hair loss, acne, ect.... But Iv all so seen guys take it for 15 weeks with no sides so just watch it if your prone.
