    i got 1o amp,s how do i use them and with what???please help/

    Dont understand what you're asking but i assume d-bols. They could be used to kick start your cycle for the first 4 weeks but you're still gonna need more amps of sust.

    do more research on how to cycle properly and get more amps of sust for starters

    You need to get at least 10 more amps( preferably 15 more). Sustanon should be shot EOD for best results
