I want too include this stuff in my next cycle that consists of,
weeks 1-12 test-e@500mg
weeks 1-10 deca @400mg
weeks 5-12 anavar@75mg ed
weeks 1-? IGF-1 @ ?
normal treatmant and pct
I need you guys to fill in the blanks for me,and also how do I measure the stuff out ,do I need insulin pins and can I get those at my local pharmacy?

there is an IGF forum specifically to answer this question.... you want to take IGF when test levels are high and only for 4 weeks straight so i would take it from week 5-8. the average is 50mcg/day. i would HIGHLY recommend it during PCT as it is said that using IGF during PCT helps you keep 90 to 100% of your gains.
