You will want to put in effort and research diets, cardio, workouts, etc. Come up with a plan of attack after you do this and present it in the appropriate forum.

If you dont know what to do, why did you set a deadline? Anyway, cardio, reduction in carb intake (esp high GI carbs).
The key to getting cut is diet and cardio. Try and do your cardio routine first thing in the A.M. on an empty stomach. Train hard and keep carb intake low.
