for people who dont know what this is, its a workout where u workout 3 times a week, n workout every muscle on each of the 3 days(from my understanding) but only one exercise for each muscle, one of the 3 days. so monday would be something liek flat, squat,curl,row, tricep pushdown(im ot ver familiar so this might not be exact, bu tim reading up on it as i type) my question is this effective as i want to bulk for th enext few months, ne one have success with it, also i read u gota eat a TON while doing htis>?
