    Chest6's Fat Pictures

    K finally got some pics up...
    Im 18 6'2" 271 as of these pics taken saturday night 9/24
    I think im fat ass hell and i need to hit the cardio
    Can I get some bodyfat predictions? I haven't checked it since I was at 15%.
    Feel free to give all the criticism you want.

    Bout time bro. Hey, just rip down some. Don't worry about bulking right now. Get you BF% down then do a clean bulker. It takes time. You're only 18. Just be safe and do it clean. Time baby time.....

    You can change everything in 6 months. It's up to you and only you...

    Not bad for only being 18. I dont think your BF is that crazy. i'd say 18%, but i always suck at guessing that shit. Just keep up the heavy lifting and by the time your 25 you could be fvcking huge. But 271 lbs, i dont see it but 6'2" is pretty tall i guess.
    what number do you put uo in the gym?

    One more thing bro. Always run nova and arimidex or the like. You don't want the gyno to get out of control.

    Doing good kid, stay natty, learn how to stimulate your metabolism through many small meals periodically through out the day, alot of cardio wont be nessasary. Keep building muscle and dont keep knocking yourself down with insults towards yourself.Oh ya, try spending more time in the gym and less whoring, it will pay off!!!!!!

    I'd say between 16 and 18% bf. I'm not good at guessing but you also don't look fat as hell as you put it

    Bench-365
    Squat-525
    Deadlift-435

    Im not sure if what I have is gyno, or just puffy nipples referencing to puffader's post.

    haha i dont have a problem getting enough time in the gym..whoring comes 2nd even tho it doesnt seem like it

    my short term goal is to get to 250, while maintaining as much strength as possible

    yeah i agree with sc, u are thick, if you cut down you would look awesome

    hey that is weird you can squat so much more than you can dl. I can deadlift much more than i can squat, and i can bench more than i can squat. Kind of strange

    Bench more than you squat? hm. I used to deadlift more than I can squat..but my squat just exploded up for some reason and deadlift came to a screeching halt...pisses me off..thus the sad face I hate it

    chest!! bout time bro....and damm your Calves are fvkin huge and big ass frame for 18.….I wouldn’t worry about B/F at this point you have all the time in the world to cut up , good job chest...18 6'2" 271 it must be mad haveing stats like that at your age.....i bet you dont get fvked with at weekends lol

    thanks yall..bout to do some cardio right now actually first time in forever. Oh and I played defensive end the first half of the year and defensive tackle the second half cuz all the DT's failed.

    wow, that's even stranger! my deadlift last year was 300 pounds max, today it is over 400lbs......added almost as much weight to my bench, but my squat, in a year i've only added about 40 pounds to it. My deadlift, bench, squat came to a halt before my cycle again and all increased 20-40 pounds after it.

    must be something genetic i think. But those are still very nice lifts

    I think if you trim up a bit you would look freaking scary!!!!!!

    I know your only 18 so I cant recommend a cycle but try some clen and good cardio in the mean time........... you have a hell of a frame!!!!

    I cannot stick to a solid diet, so I would not begin to tell you what to do... I say bf is around 18%... You do not look bad. Keep at it for life bud.

    When you were going on about being "fat" and very worried about posting some pics, all i can say is that to me you look very good! Your looking thick, you have a great base, so all you need to do is do some cutting. I would rather have your body than mine!
