    Peanut Butter Cookies

Does anyone know a reciepe on how to make half way healthy peanut butter cookies? I'm going to give a speech on it, and I'm having to demonstrate it in front of class. Natural peanut butter, splenda, etc??? I have no idea. Any help? Thanks.

of the top of my head i could suggest the following

    natty PB
    Oatmeal
    choc Whey
    Cocoa Powder
    egg whites
    splenda

something to stick it all together - honey maybe?

i dunno - there are loads of things you can put in - but are they meant to be healthy (and with high protein) or are they just cookies?

Mix together 1 cup Kraft Smooth Light Peanut Butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 egg.

Roll into balls and flatten with fork on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool on wire rack.

This is a recipe for regular PB cookies...so, I would say...

Substitute Natural PB for Light PB

and 1/2 cup of Splenda for the 1/2 cup Sugar

and instead of 1 egg, use two egg whites.

    VOILA!!!!!

The Pb helps fill out my muscles before show without overloading my tummy and making it looked bloated....it's different for everyone. Some girls were eating O'Henry bars, some rice cakes, some PB....I guess it's up to every trainer

Heat kills the protein content in whey... That's why you always see "COLD filtered" on a whey protein label...

Does it have to be Peanut Butter cookies? You could make a pretty good Oatmeal Raisan and not have it be to bad at all.

I would like to make these - any idea of how many grams of peanut butter one cup is?

Im in England where we tend to use grams rather than measure in cups so any idea anyone of how many grams of peanut butter it is?

    Thanks.
