    storing deca powder

    I just made 70ml of 300mg deca tonight. Things look great. When I was putting the powder into the mixing vial, the room temp got a hold of my deca and it started to melt. I quickly finished and put it into the freezer after I put it into a ziploc bag.

    I am strongly considering getting a vacuum sealer and storing my excess powder in the freezer after I vac seal it.

    What do you guys think of this method of storing excess powder?

    I'd put it in a mason jar with rice,and keep it in the fridge.That's what i do with excess powders.I'm not certain it's a good idea to freeze the hormones.

    Must be nice to have all that gear laying around....it's like you open the fridge and ask yourself...hmmmm what will i have today?

    Was it room temp that was damaging your powder or was it humidity?

    Deca has a low melting point.It's not damaged,just was melting on him turning into a gooey paste.

    It has been pretty humid here, so I dont know what caused the powder to turn over

    what ester?

    typical storage is cool (below 70F) dry place in an air tight container.

    Deca is the ester. Kind of stupid that we call it deca rather than nandrolone (decanoate), actually.
