whether its posts or just info provided by the site. If you just lob that question out there its possible you'll just piss folk off because it looks as though you didn't do your homework...just check things out...get an idea of where you think you should be, if its even for you at all...take into acct. side effects and everything else, it will effect you...it effected me.
