ok here goes:

stats

age: 26 (as of 2 weeks ago)
height: 5ft 10 1/2

weight 185lbs ( i was 209lbs before i started cutting)
bf: dunno - but i was estimating 10 - 11% (what do u think?)

gear: tren/var/prop/clen/eph

diet

pro: 55%
Carb: 35%
fat: 10%

You look great bro, good job. As far as bf% goes, I would say around 7.5 - 8.0%

yeah legs have alway been lagging with me

i train the beh jesus out of them though
towards the end of my cut iwas doing the follwoing:

3 sets heavy squats followed by a triple drop set
4 sets leg presses (10 - 20 reps)

3 triple sets

leg ext/leg curl/ horizontal leg press

followed by 3 - 4 sets stiff leg deads

this was all done with 1 min rest in betwwen sets

cant move afterwards

as far as competing goes i wouldnt have the first clue as to where to start
i suppose i could research it on the net - yes i have considered it, but not seriously - may leave it a year

i cant get my new pic loaded as my avator - it size i'm too big

seriously tho, i dont understand it, it says it must be less than 19.5kb and i cut it down to 13kb and it is still aparant;ly too large

can anyone help me out here?

yup, similar for me too, for me it was about 9 weeks, gains slowed down...

better to let your body recover, and then start up again in a couple/few months than staying on if you aren't getting gains.

oh and nice job cutting- i can see a big diff between those pics and the one in your avatar
