    HAHAHAHHAHAAAHHHAHHAHAHA holy shit on the first one i was dying!!! Did all of this really happen. Die in a horrible car wreck on your way home from work that is fvcking hilarious..I know ur pissed but that is sooo fvckin funny. I agree with you tho, everything sucks ass now

    She has no clue as to what is Customer Service I think she was such an air head.
