Hi everyone. I'm a fresh 25 and I think it's about time I get my as* into shape. I been working out for a little while now and well I wish I would have taken some pix when I started b.c trust me I've come along way. I was 220 and now I'm about 208 and I lost ALOT of weight in the love handle area and the chest. I have increased my weight drastically which I'm proud of, but my chest remains weak. I dunno why. Basically I have been weight training 4-5 times a wk and then on sat and sun, I do cardio (basketball and swim from 1pm- 5pm). After 7 wks, I can do about 125 curling (max) and 230 on my chest(max). I'm happy with my curling max, but not my chest. My b*tch tits has I call them are going away tho. Anyhow I have inserted the pictures below. Please tell me what you think. I know I need alot of work. Trust me I am getting there and anything you all say can and will help me. NOTE**I don't do abs that much b/c I'm not trying to get to a body builder status, I'm just trying to be solid and feel more confindant about myself. Maybe that will change with time. Also on Nov 1st I am starting my 1st cycle. It will consist of :
10mg of Nolv a day wk 1-16
35mg Dbol wk 1- 4
300mg Deca wk 1- 10
500mg Test wk 1- 11
clo wk 14- 16
