last night I got ****ed up before my workout off 6 beers. I went in to do legs and though I could lift all the plates it would fit (25 of them) and 2 of my buddies on top. The only thing I did was slam the weight into my ass! ouch! but I was alright! so I left and had 16 more and here I am now tyring to figure out what the hell happened after my 12th beer and how I ended up waking up in some woods with a rope tied to my feet, duct tape on my mouth and a terrible ****ing lump on my head.

i feel like an alcoholic compared to yall. lets see...friday i had 4 shots of jack and shared 4 pitchers of budlight with a buddy. ive cut back alot. i was getting smashed 4 days a week.
