I have taken slin that way too before but I know people that split up the dose, let's say they take 5 IU's in th a.m ( before training) and 5 Iu's after training. Will taking slin this way give you good results? Would taking one of the doses of slin before breakfast (45 minutes before training) give you a good pump when you are working out, better pump than when you just take it PWO?
