shit....wish i could eat some wendys strips before a workout and NOT feel like a bloated, fat waste of space...but alas, i cannot, so it's chicken, whole wheat bread, and oats for me...
i buy fast food once a day either grilled chicken or a triple ...i wonder what the percentage of fat is on a triple from wendies im thinking 50/50 - 75/25 range
if i get wendys its almost always chili and a baked potato, those chicken strips would make me feel like yacking
i agree, i hate wendys.. its he greasiest food chain
I always eat a bite of something, even when I am NOT bulking, right before training. A little fresh fuel seems to help make the motor run with a bit more power.
