    We do have the best board around...

    I have been frequenting other boards lately (mainly due to the fact that I've read every damn post here on AR )...anyway, the other boards I went to, which I will not mention, are nothing but a bunch of idiots flaming eachother. All they seem to do is bitch and moan. 80% of the members that left posts would not make it 5 min. here at AR. I truly feel honored to be a part of this family.

    Thats why I resigned my position as a moderator on one other board and came over here. If was the best move I've made on the net to date.

    We're a family here and respect is #1. I can't tell you how many times I've received PM's and e-mails from members concerned about something that happened on the board (source posts, flaming, etc). It shows that people care about this place and are willing to help keep it the best board on the net.

    Definately agreed. I've visited two other boards since signing on here and I didn't even get a post down on the other ones. It's not even worth visiting others, theres no acceptable environment anywhere else. Just a bunch of immature and imbecilic people degrading other members, not giving any kind help or input towards improving fellow members or oneselves for that matter. AR is the only place I'll visit.

    I agree wholeheartedly. I actually came here from elite and like it here much better. My only gripe it the scarcity of women. I a m asking training questions for two nowadays.

    Most of our vets have come over from other boards...which would mean that the info presented by the mods and vets from other boards...has migrated over here. Otherwise we would still be stuck in the 80s as far as AS knowledge goes. And unfortunately some of us are. Just because they won't go to other boards....where their are some extremely knowledgeable bros, and learn something new.

    I think its sad when you can't skip something that offends you....and just move on to something more educational. This way you can take what you learn...log on to the best board on the net (AR) and spread the wealth.

    I would say talking bad about other boards goes against what we preach here.

    We have plenty of very knowledgeable female members bro. We may not have as many "registered" female users as elite, but then again we're much smaller...quality, not quantity...

    We have a special Females only section of the board with over 100 females as members. Get her to join and then PM me and I will give her access to it.

    I didnt mean that elite was bad. i actually liked it. I just like it here more. its more down to earth and homey (no not homely )

    I try to get her to join, but it is something i have to keep at her about. i guess she doesnt fell comfortable yet. i am proud that i got her to switch from reading oxygen and shape to reading m and f hers and my m and f.

    I love this place, without ar I would have no knowledge of gear and probaly would of end up killing myself cause i had no knowledge of it but thanks to ar that i know the basics and know enough to take gear understanding what it is gonna do to my body and know what side effects to expect and how to counter them. You guys are like a second family to me.

    I explored some other boards and also Im glad to say this is home!
    We have so much more respect than the others
    Also I read some threads over at other boards and the majority of the post were flaming!
    "look at this idoit"
    One thing that really stick out in my mind that I cant believe........
    One of the threads was started to make fun of one of there new members!
    Everyone started somewhere, sometime, and somehow!
    Im glad we dont waiste space like this on our board!

    I agree with everyone. However, I think some of us take what we have here for granted. Maybe everyone should spend a little (very little) time on another board which is less "AR" like so they will appreciate what they have here. Naw I couldn't do that to you guys. Its a cruel world out there just stay here where its safe

    Well I spend alot of time on bb.com, probb.com, bnb and anabolex. I cant say that they are bad I love them all for their special things. bb.com has some very scientific bros and some new interesting ideas, probb.com is no bulshit board with pro bodybuilder and very good info if your in the topp and a good powerlifting board to. bnb has the same feel as AR mixed with probb so its a medium bullshit respect board , and anabolex I love because of the PORN(never had to search for a porn site again after I found anabolex), the jokes and the interesting debates.

    But AR is my home, it has little of everything and lots of respect and everyone answeres questions politely and everyone is always willing to help.

    I have to agree with you all I just now got a computer and got online (I know I was in the dark age) As soon as I got everything set up I started to look for BB sites and started to visit some boards. It was through one of them that I found this one and I have to say I love this board!!!!!
    I got so sick of all the flaming going on in some of the other boards I love that you all are all close like a family and help each other instead of just putting each others down.

    THANK YOU ALL FOR HAVING SUCH A KICK ASS BOARD!!!!
