Hey wats up everyone...im just about to finish my cutting diet and now it is time for my lean bulk,im 5'11 152 lbs,i was wondering right now im taking in about 2250 kals i did the harris benedict equation and my maint is around 2700 cals a day i need 3200 cals to bulk..my question is how do i go about getting to 3200 a day do i add 100-200 cals a week until i reach 3200?
