For gyno...letro works better...

If you're going to ru nolva then L-dex would be a better choice........

If you're only running an AI then letro would be better to use.

I mean to ask which is better for the prevention of gyno? Also which is better to get your test back to normal during pct besides clomid?

IMO if you take nolva 20-40 mg per day during cycle and l-dex as needed for bloat you should have no problem with gyno................ If you get still get gyno then you should use the letro...........

as far as pct I use nolva @ 40mg ed and l-dex @.25 mg ed

IMO that's too much nolva to take with l-dex.......... but I do agree 10mg of Nolva and .25mg of l-dex durring the cycle with what he's running will be perfect to stop any problems with gyno.


For PCT either nolva and l-dex as you have it for at least 30 days or he could do this (I run all my PCT like this)

Day 1 - 30 (minimum) 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
