    break between cycles

    I have been doing a lot fo reading but have found many opinions. Can someone shed some light on how long I should take off from AAS from one cycle to the next. I was told by my buddy that if I am on for 8 weeks then I should take 8 weeks off...what do you think?

    most people will say time on = time off, i personally always add two weeks to that.
