    First Cycle Before & After

    Hey Bros,
    Im 23 yrs old an im 6 ft 2 an in this pic i weighed 158 lbs(HUGE)
    I ran a 10 wk cycle that consisted of , 300mg deca an 400mg test cyp

    Thi is my after pic i now weigh 185 lbs .I plan on starting another cycle in july . d-bol,deca, test.so tell me what you think. my bf is 7-8 %.

    excellent work.you can see a noticable difference, quite dramatic actually.you look really dense in the after picture.keep up the good work!!!!

    Hit the diet harder fatty! That is obviously a joke...you great bro...very dense and hard. Shredded. You can definately see that you have put on some size. Guys, it may not look like a gain of 27lbs but remember Tommy is 6'2" so it's pretty evenly distributed. Great work man!

    ull get over 200 next go easily. im astonished at how lean u stayed, id almost be willing to say u dropped a percent...from 8 to 7. you look awesome. i bet the hunnys be flockin over you playboy.

    Those are excellent gains. Way to keep the body fat down too. Looks great for summer. I ma sure the chicks are kicking down your door?

    How the hell did you stay so ripped? What was your diet like? Did you do any cardio? Great job.

    Well Bro i ate the shit out of tuna fish an chicken breast.i would eat at least 3-4 cans of tuna,1-2 chicken breast weigh protien,and eat my 3 regular meals a day.An no i have not done one bit of cardio.

    I want my next cycle to better than my first,so any suggestions
