bump, let's hear it pete, come on.
Down to 233lbs from 245lbs and somewhat leaner. Diet has been steady mass has increased (it's true what they say about gaining and losing at the same time). I've been busting my ass in the gym and it shows. Many may remember that I just started training my legs 3 months ago (they were decent already but I decided that by training them intensly the rest of me would grow). Well since I started training them I've put 1.5" on my quads and my upper body has responded as well. Shoulders are rounder and thicker as well as chest, arms have a better shape. I'm getting people making comments quite frequently such as "You look bigger" I'm very happy about that! Now I hope that in 4-5 weeks time when this cycle ends people will also be saying "You look leaner"I will take some updated pics shortly. Thanks for asking guys.
cool bro . i started workin legs again about 4 months ago. I see the same thing happening to me my upper body mass is going up .
