30 mg of dbol ED for 4 weeks

PCT :
1 week 100 mg ED
then
2 weeks 50 MG ED

Also what is the best way to avoid roid gut? 1 hour fast walking ED?

best way to avoid the gut is to stay off gh. at least high doses of it
