    back on track

    Well I was out 2months from lifting cuz I had double hernia surgery.... dont get one... lost around 30lbs
    started up some dbol / test / deca
    up 7lbs the first week
    ITS ALL COMIN BACK BABY, got strength comin back as well

    that is all.
