Hello everybody. I've done a few searches here but I cant quite get the answer im looking for.
First off my stats.
Im 35 years old..6'4...275 lbs.{lots fo fat---but a decent ammout of muscle}
Ive been lifitng on and off for about 15 years.
Just got back into to hardcore. Im hitting the gym daily and trying to do as much cardio as possible.
When I strted a few weeks back I was 291--so im loosing lots of fat.
My question is this. I know I need to loose another 25+ pounds to really be in better shape. I REALLLLLY wanna start a light cycle of Deca/Cypionate{which I already have}
This would be my first ever cycle, so I wanna do it right.
Should I just keep hitting the bike and the weights untill my bodyweight is lower or is it ok to start now?
I figure if I was able to start now, I could get in another cuycle before summer.
