that guy used to be my power lifting coach til I stopped.
Some old newspaper articles that are posted around the gym...this place has been around since the 50's / 60's...
And a SMALL amount of trophys we have around the gym...(powerlifting/bodybuilding)

I can't imagine doing that...non stop..record hasn't been broken around here yet. Nobody's even stepped up to it.

Thought I read somewhere that the biggest dumbells made were Ronnie Colemans signature series 250's
post a pic of 300lbs dumbells u tart.
ronnie has 250's? wtf does he do with them...i've seen him dumbbell press 200's in that video i thought that was insane...
