OK its the middle of week three for me, im taking test e 250, twice a week mon, thur...im 22 200lbs 5 11"......I eat right and train hard...
Nomally After a work out I have a good pump, the next day im a little tender, I wouldnt say sore. Yesterday I did back at the gym, and I seemed not to do more weight, but I did more reps, could have just been a good day at gym, however... today I woke up and boy am I sore, do you think it started to kick in and thats why I did more reps, = be sore as F
Would it be still to early to notice anything
