we need to know a lot more about yourself as well. age, height, weight, years training, etc

First- deca cycle alone = deca dyck... you should do test instead
Second- how long have you been working out , and what's your status
third- do a search, and read everything you can... If you had done that, you would know , what to take after a cycle, and you would also know , not to do deca alone.

im not taking deca-durabolin alone, ill find out what else im stacking it with, I am 23 5'7 210, ive been lifing for about 2 years,

for anti-e I would have nolva, 20mg/ED and follow proper PCT. Im sure youre not doing an only deca cycle. So I would go with only test for a 1st cycle, I did and got great results.

can I take vitrx or 6oxo with nolva????

yes, but really not worth the money! I personally would take nolva at 20mg ED and also through in Vitamin B6 at 200mg a day.
