What type of food have all you bros used for shit loading.
Doughnuts, Pizza, cheeze cake etc.

Has anyone on this board tried shit loading while not using any drugs or diuretics? Just curious to see how it works for a Natty competitor.
I am sure in a deplted state and if you follow all the rules like cutting water etc it would work. Saying that I have not tried it yet but will be doing so in 3 1/2 weeks and I am far from a natural compeitor. So I cant say for sure but dont think drugs should be an issue.
yes...s/f loading is benificial drug-free, if you've dieted properly.

thanks for the info....i have read the sticky and am definitely interested in the method, but i do know that using drugs and diuretics have a different effect on many people. though i am not opposed to using diuretics and OTC supps i havent used a real anabolic and was wondering if anyone with my same history has tried it.Originally Posted by Big Bapper
This method of constest prep in y opinion is very hit or miss. Why take a chance on doing something that cans crew up 16 weeks of prep in a matter of hours. This type of thing should only be used by people with many,many years of constest exp who know their own bodies..or by people who use gear. Natural bodies react very differently to rapid swings or ":stressors" placed upon it..so i would say no way if you are natural.If you want to try it be sure to do a few dry runs before the contest.
