If all you have is 1mg then why dont you save it for PCT? Running it weeks 18-22 would benefit you much more then just towards the end.
Whats your cycling experience? 16 weeks of test is quite long, I'm sure you can cut this a bit shorter and get the same benefits.
I prefer it during a "cycle" as opposed to pct,there are much cheaper alternatives for pct.but if $$ not an issue then have at it whenever.
Just do not forget your ancilliaries for the deca. As for the IGF, 40iu is a pretty low dose, IMO. Start out there to see how you react, but I'll bet that you will bump as time goes on. I would save it for pct.Originally Posted by briansauras

I thought the point of it is to build new muscles cells? So why wouldnt you want to run it during a cycle? I was reading that sticky and an example is to run it 1-4 and during pct...

This past cycle I can honestly say I got up to 210 @8%, it's been a few months and I still have the same stats. Lost about 2lbs. within the first 6-8 weeks and am right back up to 210. I feel the LR3 in PCT made that difference.
