i'm 5"10, 190 lbs, 22 yrs old. I think my body fat is somewhere around 18%, i'd like to be down near around 12-13% and still at 185-190. I would like to reach this goal by the end of june. Is this possible? If so how? Do I need to cycle? How to cut? Please, all suggestions are appreciated!
also: i have thought i may possibly have gyno, i'm not sure? it's def a possibility. is there any topical cure? or any type of suppliment or gear that you guys sugget?
