Letro does nothing for gyno from Deca. Deca gyno is caused by progesterone and prolactin NOT estrogen. B6 will/can help. Also bromo will help. You could try going to the doc for Cabergoline/Dostinex (it does the same thing as bromo only better), but you may not get it legit unless the deca is from a script. Also, dostinex is expensive. A doc will usually recommend stopping the cause as opposed to treating a side.

I would find yourself some bromo and keep up the B6.

    Good luck bro

Once you have true gyno, only surgery can get rid of it. Products like letro / nolva can reduce the puffyness from estrogen related gyno. Bromo and Dostinex can reduce puffyness from progesterone related gyno (like you are describing). Has the deca shut you down? How is the shoulder?

if you really have gyno its not "cureable" it will have to be surgically removed

I thought that as letro heavily reduces estrogen levels in the breast, then it would help, as you need estrogen present for progesterone problems?

I also thought that since Letro can better enter the fat cells than liquidex it could help with progesterone induced gyno, (caused from nandrolone)??

Guys, as far as I know deca gyno is from progesterone and prolactin. These are hormones directly responsible for lactation in women. Men have small amounts of prolactin naturally, but it serves no known physiological purpose in males. Letro is an aromatase inhibitor; it blocks the creation of aromatase. Aromatase is responsible for flipping testosterone into estrogen, it is the bodies way of balancing out. Deca causes increased prolactin and progrogesterone secreation from the pituatary. This hormones tell the glands in the nipples to grow and produce milk. It is similar to estrogen gyno, but no the same thing. Letro and Nolva will do NOTHING to stop deca gyno.

Now, in the case of twitchfast here; gynocomastia is the formation of breastlike tissue in men. What you are describing is puffyness. It is likely that the increased progesterone/prolactin is causing the puffyness. This MAY be an early sign of gyno. You have already started with the B6, which is good. Get some bromo and see if the puffyness subsides. It you notice ithing, a hard lump, or pain behind the nipples when you touch your chest....it is getting worse. Make sense?

Prolactin and Progesterone can produce gyno like effects on their own... I have naturally high prolactin levels (possibly from a pituatary tumour - they are not sure yet) and I have puffy nipples. I just finished a stint of Dostinex and noticed the puffyness decreased a little...
