Possibly, but to put an inch on your waist without gaining any BF at all in 10 weeks is nearly impossible.I mean he's bulikng here, and claims to have put on 18 pounds of solid muscle while not putting on any BF at all is BS bro...sorry.I've been in this game far too long and have seen it all.Even with a top notch nutritionist you'll put on at least 2 percentage points of BF.If your are restricting your cals to near perfection, there is no way in fvkin hell you can put on that amount of size in that short a time frame without virtually any BF..

Anyway,I could really care less.My point is not to bullshit yourself here. It's one thing to exaggerate on the 'net. But to BS yourself is only going to hurt you in the long run if you plan on competing in the future. You need to be dead honest with yourself and know exactly how much muscle you've put on,plus how much BF ect...guessing doesn't cut it in this sport.I see guys at the gym who think thier BF is around 10% or so,then they get tested to find out they are really 13-14 %........they might be surprised(they are) but at least they know exactly where they stand and what needs to be done for the overall big picture.

Continue to fool yourself(state of denial) and you are setting yourself up for major disappointment when it comes time to cut.

I'll give you an example here....my arms, legs, delts are fvkin shredded.Almost contest condition-like..BUT my BF is still 9.5 %.When ppl see my arms they think I'm like 5% BF...get my drift here fellas?
