well, i do bent over rows, and straight arm dumbell kickbacks at home.... plus shrugs at all different angles, but i need to hit up the gym for the lat pull downs. thats one of the best back exercises for total shape imo

if i try and focus on one i migh tlose another so now i try and stay as ballanced as possible while bring up the weaker areas a little more slowly.

yeah, it is hard to say what is really on the other side, thats for sure. but i think you can get a pretty could feel of someone after a short time. you can spot the posers and cock helmets right away.
