Whats up everyone! Im 23 and am about 150lbs. I dont know what my body fat percentage is but im sure its pretty low because im really skinny. My best friend has been working out for about as long as ive known him and he just started his 2nd cycle of susta 250. After his first cycle I noticed a huge difference in the size that he is gaining. I was thinking about starting up and having him help me work out. I was going to start out with susta 250 the same thing he is using because he has only really complained about the "flu" feeling and says that so far he is very pleased so far.
Now my question is...should I start out with the same thing he is using or should I go another route? I know there is alot of experienced guys here that would be able to give me some usefull information or suggestions. Please let me know what you think I would definately appreciate it. Im tired of being the skinny guy that no one looks at or notices and my motabolism is very fast and I have never been able to gain weight. Maybe this is the way.
