    feeling tired

    I am 25 days into a sus deca cycle. I feel extremely tired all day. Its like I cant get any rest at all. Once I get to the gym and get going I am fine. This is my 1st cycle. has anyone experienced not being able to get any sleep at night while on?

    going thru it now, drag at night but cant sleep for the life of me..sux man..

    You could try taking a sleeping pill at night. For the tiredness all day! Injectable B12, ginger root, or suma root are good for increasing energy! I hope you can get more sleep at night and energy in the day!

    prop is doing that to me now too. I wake up several times a night (and my shirt is just fcking drenched in sweat!), then I'm lathargic all day, then bust my a$$ in the gym. I just push through the tiredness.

    I am going to try b12. See if that helps, Anyone buy it off of the web. if so where is the best place, and how much and often should it be taken?

    best bet to help you sleep is melatonin, and if that doesn't work add diphenhydramine hcl (sleep-aid). the combo of the two should knock you out no matter what you're on.

    i get the insomnia problem right about when the test in my cycle begins to kick in, and it lasts anywhere from 3-7 nights where i can't sleep at all. i take the above and get through those nights and i'm good to go.

    i wouldn't bother with the b-12 or any of that. if you're not sleeping good at night, that's your issue. if that doesn't help and you're still feeling sluggish, then i'd suggest adding the daytime energy boosters in.

    I buy the injectable b12 from ar-r. I take 1000 mcg's(micrograms). Some bros use everyday. I used it once a day for 1st week and then twice a week for several weeks and then once a week there after. I sometimes use it more frequent.
