Thread: Winstrol and clen for first cycle?

    Winstrol and clen for first cycle?

    Been thinking on winstrol and clen for first cycle.
    6' 185 lean and active baseball palyer - I work
    out atleast 3 times a week mainly upper body and
    occasionally running - any input on how I should
    go about things? 2 weeks on, 2 off for a first timer?

    Well what is your proposed cycle? how long are u gonna run it for, at what concentrations? Also what type of Test are you gonna have in there?
    All that being said, I would not suggest winny and defintely not on its own, and clen when you are 185 @ 6'...why do you want to lose weight, you already said you are lean.

    Well from what I've been reading clen is a good cutter, and I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds to get a more cut look. I've been working out and i have muscle but my main problem has been having hard muscle, even when I work hardcore it always seems to be soft and I want to harden up and get a more cut look from clen. Forgot to put this: I'd start with Test E 500 mgs a week and with the clen do increments of 20 each day until i hit 100 and then work my way back down. Keep the 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off.

    when have you been working out hard? you said 3 times a week mainly upper body. that's really not working out hard. you need to get a solid routine. that alone will probably get you the results you're looking for. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is way to short. whatever you choose, like C-bingo says you need test in there.

    Ya well said, 3 days per week is not the best routine, and mainly training upper body, you need a solid split first. You dont need clen, and running winny on its own is a bad idea. Just stay around the boards for a while and do some research, you will learn a lot.
