    Ridiculous Question needs answers

I know they say you should be off the same amount of time that you are on but I also know a lot of people don't live by that rule. Any comments on it. Would love to know others opinions and why?

I go by how I feel and then have BW done, time on=time off is a general statement to be on the safeside for ppl who don't know what bloodwork is or means.

time on+pct=time off...................general rule of thumb but as IBD has stated you can get your bloods done and if they are good then you are good to go..................................

If fully recovered you can start right away... sometimes it is longer to recover than others. As stated above Blood Tests are the only way to be sure.
