both of them will help you but i0ve heard of the side effects and i wouldnt use them in my opinion. proviron works well for me and it helps you use better the testo.

a combination of nolva and l'dex is very effective as well as letro alone. i personally love letro all by its lonesome. works quite well for me. be warned: nolva and letro is a bad idea for the ole sex drive from what i have experienced
