    ha it was awsome!
    did db curls w/ 10's then 20's then 30's .. picking up 35's HURT so they a NONO!

    then i did some laterals those really sucked had to stay around 15lb db's

    then i tried some upright rows w/ DB's worked great! did 25's

    tried to do hmr str Low Row but that hurt my nuts

    after that i figured its time to go home and cry

    That has to hurt, cant say I have ever had a hernia. How long is it gonna take to heal Tai?
    Two nights ago at the gym I was doing overhead tricep extensions with a 120lb dumbell and when i went to drop it it slipt and landed directly ontop of my finger which was ontop of the metal leg of the bench. Hard to picture I know, but all you have to know is my finger in between a falling dumbell and metal. I think its fine, just a lot of blood. LOL.
