I think Nolva @ 40mg ED is fine for the first two weeks. Yes I have also read studies that say you can use far less than that and still get great if not the same results. But I run it at 40mg like that as well. It has worked for me and if it aint broke dont fix it. So Getbiggg if you have done this before and are happy with it than you are fine, the timings etc all seem fine so PCT is your choice, some people run nolva only some HCG etc etc so I am confident that you will be fine.
