I have 60 50mg BD Winstrol Tabs, and was wondering what would be the best time to take them. Should I split up the dosage to 25mg twice daily or just 50mg in the morning or evening? Any input would be helpful.

The active life of stanozolol is around 8-10 hours. This means it would be BEST to take two seperate doses throughout the day. If you want my opinion though I dont think you will notice one bit of difference if you do 50 at once or 25 twice. Same with what I said about d-bol earlier, I have taken them all at once or spread them out and found no difference.

I agree with bino. It would seem that, given the half life of winny, that two doses/day would yield better results but I've never really been able to tell the difference.
